Greg Roberts reported USA 237 (12034A / 38528) a no-show on 2012 Oct 17 UTC, but he recovered it on Oct 22 UTC near 52
E, about 4 deg east of its former location. It is unclear whether it was still drifting east or synchronous when Greg
    observed it.

If drifting, this may be its orbit:

    1 38528U 12034A 12296.59728374 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 04

If synchronous, this is the orbit:

    1 38528U 12034A 12296.59752465 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 02
