Now to fiqure out, what that flashing unid was

As I was scanning the sky, I came across a sat. So I started to follow it, and it was not stable in attitude.

At 9:57:22 utc ( Oct 9 ) it passed close to a bright star called Procyon 

Info on star

J2000 position at current date (proper motion included):
Right ascension: 07h39m17.4097s
Declination: +05 13' 14.693"

Nothing was shown, to be there at the time.

Now to check the tle data, incase there's a problem there.
