ahhh... i remember updating wikipedia about the montreal unit not separating... 
i hadn't thought about it being that missing assignment...

if that is what it is, then i'll probably assign it in my stuff and point it to 
the rocket stage where its launcher was mounted (2014-033AP) since those two 
will have the same TLE values... orbit data for that object's TLE from Oct 18 
2014 indicates a 608x1453x97 orbit which is matched/confirmed by JSR:699...

valid concept?? perhaps space-track and/or their providers might do the same?
