Setup: Watec 902H2 video, 50mm F/1.8, NTP, Nexstar SLT mount
IOD format: http://www.satobs.org/position/IODformat.html
COSPAR 4171: 52.8344N, 6.3785E, 10m (WGS84)

NOTES:
------
1) DMSP F19 [39630/14015A] was recovered with a planar search using 50
day old elements. Surprisingly, the RAAN was off by about a degree.
2) Alexis r [22639/93026B] was seen as an unknown. It was last seen 85
   days ago.
3) Performed a planar search on NOSS 7 C/D/E and NOSS 6 A which all
share a similar plane at the moment. Nothing was seen... possibly
   too faint.
4) Also looked for NOSS 7 (A) which I recovered as an unknown last
week. It was also not seen. Phase angles were not optimal.

Regards,
   Cees
