Might be as low as I can go without my 5" scope and that could be tricky on the siding of a road bridge. The 2 lowest pair at 6 deg elevation (Luch, 40258 and Intelsat 905, 27438) are new to me. Hard to imagine seeing it, only 600 miles WSW of Liberia, over the Atlantic. But there's another one at 4 deg up!

Moon, Venus, Regulus, Mars, Jupiter line stunning this morning, soon to add Mercury.
