WGS 5 obs, and flare report

Earlier, it was flaring up. At 3:29 utc, it looked to be mag 8 are brighter. Cloudy sky at the time, so only had a short view of the flare.

On the main body, there is a surface, that is a good reflector of sunlight. I been waiting to see, when that surface would cause a nice light show.
