After a sunny cloudless day some cirrus clouds moved in
in the evening. But soon the sky cleared. Only a small
band of clouds moved over quickly.

NOSS 3-7 A & R have higher residuals; see below.
Looks like 40981 is moving closer to 40964 as it is 36 sec early wrt 2 day
old TLE, while 40964 is ´only´ 9 sec early.
