An Atlas 5 is scheduled to launch GPS 2F11 from Cape Canaveral
today. The window opens at 16:13UT. The Centaur upper stage
places itself and the payload in a transfer orbit which passes
over Europe about 20 minutes after launch and may be visible to
observers.

The elset below is estimated from the GPS 2F11 mission overview
(http://www.ulalaunch.com/uploads/docs/Mission_Booklets/AV/av_gpsiif11_mob.pdf)
and constraints from previous GPS 2F launches with Atlas 5.

GPS 2F11 Transfer orbit
