The last two evenings I have seen a flaring satellite in the
same part of the sky. I don't have exact positions but the
points ought to be adequate.

First observation: 18 Oct 2016, 0122 UTC.
RA 18.75 hour, Dec +25 degrees

Second observation 19 Oct 2016, 0116 UTC
RA 19 hours, Dec +14 degrees

The first observation has the highest position and time
uncertainty. Assume ten degrees and two minutes time

The second observation is a bit better in position accuracy
and only one minute uncertainty.

Both were southbound and roughly 90 degree inclination.

Location: 104.5617 W longitude +38.9478 North latitude
