Possible LEO UNID

Hi All,
This is my first observation post so please bear with me.
Something special was caught on the cam a couple of days ago which looks like a LEO sat that is not showing on TLE files.

These are ristretto images (from Sattools), starting from 10 secs before
the (supposed) UNID flared.

I extracted two observations from those frames:

99999 17 781A   0899 G 20171008061502653 17 25 2340265-675193 37 I
99999 17 781A   0899 G 20171008061512584 17 25 2332546-700614 37 I

I  looked at them on skymap and found that the classified 11731 sat had that same orbit inclination but it's TLEs are dated some 400 days ago...

I will take some more obs points from this images as suggested by Leo Barhorst.
