17-56A / 42941 / USA 278 has manoeuvred up; it was about 30 minutes late
on Mike's 4 day old tle.  95-34A / 23609 / Trumpet 2 passed within 20 arcmin
of USA 278.  Both were close to apogee and Trumpet 2 was a good magnitude
brighter.
