I recommend contacting Cees and Scott directly for advice on radio.

Information derived from radio tracking that could aid and inform visual and
camera observers is welcome on SeeSat-L, but since the list is narrowly
focused on observing at optical wavelengths, technical discussion of radio
observing is considered off-topic.
