One of the lower objects that seems plausible is C* 2219 r = 92-76B = 22220
tho it too doesn't seem to match too well.  At least it is very large.

Concerning file xfers from OIG via the Internet, I was little surprised you
didn't mention Kermit.  I have found it more reliable than the more 
specialized, faster protocols you mentioned.
