STSPLUS saving problem

 Hello;

I am getting some satellites with flashing stars and saying that the data
is 7 or 60 days old. 
 How do I put the new data in ?  I tried the F2 and then '&' it wrote new
data but I can't remember how to save it I know there's something about
an stsplus.scf file to save...
