Bjoern,

It appears that
1 23657U 95046A 95244.36072558 .00000087 00000-0 10000-4 0 66
2 23657 82.5328 107.3242 0026510 270.7543 89.0628 14.73409928 150
is a new member of the C* 1933 family, perhaps an Okean. Thanks very much
for calling this elset to my attention. I have no very effective program
for determining from which latitudes this orbit is currently visible (only
way I know is to plug in various latitudes to QuickSat over an interval of
a few days and see what pops up). But wherever it is visible, I would
greatly appreciate any observations of its visual appearance by you or
others.

Thanks again for the alert.

Cheers.
