Finding 05994, Pageos DA (Thanks, Walter)

Walter Nissen observed Pageos DA about 82 seconds late
on Sep. 2, 09:24 UT. Thanks to his report, we now stand a much
better chance of finding this bright balloon piece !
If this delay is due only to ndot2/Bstar error, it would have
to be reduced by 22% to match the observation:

Since this is Labor Day (not Labour Day, May 01!) we will not get
new elsets for tonight's observations. The difference from the
unmodified Friday elsets amounts to about 23 minutes, at tonight's
pass over Central US.
The morning passes are glorius now, with shadow entry at
about 44 N, very close to the 313 km perige, but it moves
further north, so this may be the last opportunity to see
it, at about magnitude zero. It is already very difficult
from southern US and southern Japan, but very good for
Europe, and the rest of the US.
Let's hope it survives this perigee dip !
