Just another flare observation (Iridium 9, 97-30 D, #24839)

I do not know what "Pass Az/El" in the pseudo-standard-format means, where I 
made the questions marks. If this were meant to be the location of maximum 
elevation for the transit, in this case it was: Az 79.2  El 49.4 (UTC 19:57:33)
