We won't reach a resolution until Paul gets back in the office at the
end of this week, but - if you play with the image in your favo[u]rite
processing package you might spot a fainter parallel track running
between the leftmost two brighter trails... (probably easier to pull out
of the original bmp bitmap files rather than the derived gif/jpg files;
Flare[1,2].bmp exist at the same location but watch out they are >1MB
each).
An alternative would be to fire up skymap and feed in the
circumstances/tle's (don't have my MSDOG emulation setup yet).
