Hi Willie,
           I did not use any instruments to get that figure. I used my hand,
because I was just standing waiting for a bus when I saw it. The method I
used was, "but I don't know if you know this" was the one where you hold up
your finger and it counts as 2 degrees and when you hold up a fist it counts
as 10 deg. That's the method I used.
