I too prefer NORAD because all tracking programs are based on that, and 
all element sets are sorted that way. It's ok to have COSPAR also.

Most satellite references use Elevation. Altitude usually refers to 
satellite's actual height above earth.

A standard screen width is 80, so that should be ok here too.
