I too prefer NORAD because all tracking programs are based on that, and 
all element sets are sorted that way. It's ok to have COSPAR also.

Most satellite references use Elevation. Altitude usually refers to 
satellite's actual height above earth.

Probably need 3 spaces for same reason ppas uses 3.
