I guess MSTI 2 has decided it isn't done playing "tag" with the Mir Space
Station. I show a series of conjunctions on Friday, September 26. Based on
the latest elements from OIG, MSTI 2 will be closest at 12:00:21.3 UTC
on Friday at a range of 8.8 km, though minor changes in the orbits of either
satellite could substantially decrease this separation. --Rob
