I have observed Milstar 2 (1995 60A, 23712)
at 1997 Sep 27 20:51.0 UTC  0.5 deg south of beta Aqr mag 9-10
from Elmshorn (9.6626 east, 53.7695 north, 10 m).

It was only 0.9 minutes late with my predicted elset:
