Iridium flares, 9/28/97; table of Iridium IDs

Sept. 28, 1997, (27/Sep/97 PM local time) Iridium flare reports (two 
date formats) with only one space between fields, Iridium number added.

Notes: Mike McCants and I both observed Ir 13, 14, and 11, although I
missed the maximum of Ir 11.  (By the way, isn't Ir 11 the one that 
failed in some way?  It culminated only 72 seconds after Ir 14.)  I
don't think Mike timed durations of the maximums; I don't have them.
On 24842 (97-30F, Ir16), I'm not sure if mag. +4.5 counts as a flare.  
Also, I didn't get the time of its maximum; I'm fairly sure that it 
was sometime between 1:53:00 and 1:54:59.  That time range would make 
its azimuth in the 170s and altitude/elevation between about 55 and 
30, and its phase angle between 117 and 111.

Below is an unsolicited table of Iridium designations to date in NORAD 
order.  Is the COSPAR ID number format going to go to YYYY for the 
year part of that designation?  Obviously I don't know the common 
names of the most recent five.  In Alan Pickup's select.tle file, I 
don't know what the "SV" is or why there's an extra "0" (since there 
will fewer than 100 objects in the constellation) in the elements.
