Hello Everyone.

Using the following elsets:
Okean 3 r 7 2 0 5.5 660 x 629
1 21398U 91039B 98245.16991209 +.00000394 +00000-0 +54980-4 0 01101

Cosmos 1626 r 7 2 0 5.5 647 x 619
1 15495U 85009B 98245.11986648 +.00000399 +00000-0 +50876-4 0 00900

I show that these 2 objects will be within 2 degrees of each other for an
entire pass this evening (8 September) at 21:06 EDT (01:06 UTC 9 September).
Okean 3r should be about 2 degrees above Cosmos 1626r, Ascending a few degrees
to the left og beta and gamma Ursa Minor at 21:07 EDT. They should be very
close for the entire East coast of the USA.

I checked the pass in two other east coast USA cities:
For Boston the 2 objects are about 2 degrees apart and pass under the handle
of the Big Dipper at 21:05 EDT.

For Atlanta the objects are within a degree of each other in the Eastern sky,
passing over beta-Cas at 21:08 EDT.

They won't be transmitting song of 'TheGeneral Kim Il Sung' or `The Song of
General Kim Jong Il' but they should fun to observe. :-)

Cheers
Don Gardner
