It can be that bright (it is a Zenith2, 10.4 x 3.6 m ??)

I happened to see it rising to 80+ degrees, within one second of =
predictions.
Other obs:
USA 89 rk 19:49:55.3    RA 18.124  decl. +10.8  (1950)
USA 89 rk 19:50:50.0    RA 19.919  decl. + 6.6   (higher than predicted; =
only mag.4)
USA 86     20:11:36.2   RA 19.607  decl. +29.55 (all times UT)
USA 129 missed.
