note: TiPs appeared as a point, not the usual line, was the tether extended
away from the planet? Am I correct in assuming that the axis of rotation
is perpendicular to its flight path?

Abrixas steady on a two minute obs 1999-09-15.
Apologies to those who were interested in the radio, it was in jest that I
suggested selling it cheap, Radio Shack took it back, now if I can get a
refund on the batteries......
Unidentified object, not observed via Binocular or telescope, showed up
