If this is Moscow Daylight Time (UTC+3 ?) there was a Cosmos 890 r, 77-4 B
near del Aur at 19:02 to gam Cas at 19:05, but predicted +6.4m at 1600 km
range.
If UT, at 19:02:30 SeaSat 1 (#10967, 78-64 A) was close to alp Aur,
at 19:04:50 it was closest (below) alp Cas.
This is often very bright for several minutes, so this is a very likely
candidate.
