1989-101E (#20399) Proton upper stage Auxiliary Motor

SpaceCom's FINAL REPORT - prepared September 3, 01:24 UTC - shows the decay on
                     3 September, 00:31 UTC +/- 55 minutes (33.4°N, 272.6°E)
on a descending pass over the USA ( Missippi/Alabama)

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the last two ELSETs 00246.889... and 00246.949...
a different picture with an earlier decay on
                     3 September, 00:19 UTC +/- 18 minutes (0.16°S, 236.06°E)
on a northbound pass over the Pacific.
Also the B* - terms of the last two ELSETs indicates an earlier decay. Are
there any visual observations from our US - SeeSaters which confirms SpaceCom's
    analysis?
