    I'm quite sure  it's the cover from the opening in the Zvezda exterior skin
    that was removed to install the magnetometer boom. While checking NASA
    TV, I think I heard Capcom tell the spacewalker (Ed Lu ?), who had the cover
    attached to him, he could get rid of it without problem.
    
    This cover was light brown and measured around 1.5 to 2 feet in diameter.
    The high drag term (.01576580) would be consistent with a large area to
    mass ratio (How is that for my first orbital analysis ?!!!).
