    I had a prediction for a mag 3.6 pass by COSMOS 1579 COOLANT #26518 84069K
so i went out and looked. The sky was hazy at the time so i used my 10x50
and searched along the projected track. I picked up an object that was
following the expected track of the object in question, varying in magnitude
slightly but bright enough to put out a halo in the haze. I don't have an
accurate timing but at 04:14:00 28 Sep UTC +/- 5 sec it was at Az 55 deg El
60 deg heading to Az 45 coming from Az 220.
