Binocular observation of the rather faint USA 40 R. If I've calculated them
correctly using fitelem, residuals are rather high, but consistently and in the
same direction for all three points (-0.2 for RA and +0.2 for Dec). Satellite
was running about 93 seconds early from the 47-day old elset.

Odd, at about 10:04 UT somewhere in the vicinity of RA 5h 20' Dec +30 51' what
looked very much like a Noss trio crossed the path a couple degrees ahead of USA
40 R going approximately NNW to SSE. Probably mag 6-7 and speed perhaps a little
faster than USA 40 R. I cannot find any satellite in mccants.tle or Alan
    Pickup's satbase.tle that suggests a match.
