I changed my ndot2/B* for my 00226.0475 USA 40 r elset to match your third
    time.
Between dec +31 and +34 three sats (in satbase.tle) crossed USA 40 r track,
    but
that would be 40-70 s BEHIND USA 40 r, above chi Aur.
79028A #11320 Cosmos 1091 at 993 km height travelled within 1 deg of
    88023B #18986 Cosmos 1934 r at 970 km height and
82040F #14165 Cosmos 1362 at 1492 km height were within 6 deg of USA 40
    around 10:05:25, formed a 5 deg. line at 10:05:35, which shrunk to a 1.5
    deg.
    triangle at 10:06:00 near 05:35 +24
