    Hello everyone.
    
    I have found a 22.5 MB .pdf-document at the National Imagery and Mapping
    Agency of the US titled Flight Information Handbook. It has a own chapter
    dealing with Standard Time Signals. It can be downloaded at the NIMA pages

    This should answer many questions on Time Signals and so it is worth the
