Starshine 3 possible obs

    I went to the same area as yesterday to see if i could spot Starshine 3. The
    sky was still bright but it was darker to the South, even with the moon
    coming up. At 02:23:17 Oct 1 UTC +/- 5 sec i saw a flash at  az 195 deg el
    10 deg approx, only my second time at this spot so i'm not exact on the
    azimuth but close enough. Under the visible conditions it was hard to guess
    the magnitude but a definate flash was seen and in the same area as
    Starshine 3 however i can't confirn it was S3. These elset were used:
