TDF 1 non-obs here. I looked for 60-70 seconds every minute or two from 1:53 to about 2:30 UTC (and saw some LEOs during the breaks), and a couple of more times until about 2:45. Transparency was not good; limiting magnitude with 10x50s was about +6.0 I think. In spite of sky, I managed to see a few flashes of 90907, so the brightest ones must be about +6.0 (range 16,000-14,000 km). They are during the last ten minutes or less before it enters Earth's shadow. Milstar 3 (99-023A, 25724) went between 51 and 52 SGR: 2002/09/01 2:54:35.8 RA 19.605 Dec -24.8 (2000) -- maybe about 4 or 5 seconds late (?). Site was Ney Museum grounds: 30.307N, 97.727W, 150m. -- in central Austin.
