    Hi Dale

Is this an extreme case of (great?) minds think alike or not?

Back in 1998 I wrote a similar element manager program by exactly the same
name - see http://www.saao.ac.za/~wpk/#software This was later taken up
in the Visual Satellite Observers Home Page "Tracking Programs and TLE
    Resources" page http://www.satobs.org/tletools.html

I'm not sure of the actual use of my little program still but it might be
confusing to have two similar programs by the same name.

    Regards
    Willie
