Report time10:15 UTC 1993-007C (#22448) PAM-D SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Sep 11, 01:15 UTC - shows the decay on 10 September, 23:32 UTC +/- 01 minutes (29.6°N, 260.2°E) ascending over Southern Texas, SE of Austin. I don't agree with this statement. The PAM-D was at this time close to the apogee (23:40 UTC, 204 km). Also MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02253.844... - 02253.905... (SFX 221, ap 022) a later decay: 11 September, 01:52 UTC +/- 11 minutes (33.01°S, 98.43°E) descending over the Indian Ocean. This is near the perigee (01:51 UTC)and seems more logical.
