PPAS observations made evening 12 Sept 2002 using My CoSaTrak system
and identified during an orbit plane scan for a particular satellite
(which was NOT seen!). Optical characteristics reported only cover the
approximate 3-4 degrees of the field of view of the CCD camera. All
    satellites seen were positively identified.
