old info wanted

I'm trying to find the norad # for a satellite I saw on 9/7/00 ( 2 years
ago) at 23.02.20 local time 3 degrees north of  beta cygnus or Albireo. My
record does not show a heading. I had it identified only as Ariane 42P r-b.
If I could get a mccant.tle file from that time I think I could solve my
problem.
