    I think that 27367 is MDS 1. I see that the mccants.tle
file has the two names the other way. Here's what I just
    got from OIG:

    MDS 1
    1 27367U 02003A 02271.57855686 .00001792 00000-0 27941-2 0 1516
    2 27367 28.4503 126.2678 7240571 314.8221 5.4587 2.27432578 5372

MDS 1 is a box with solar panel "wings". One site says
    it's spin-stabilized, but I wasn't sure how authoritative
that site is. Also, it was the primary payload and was
said to have been successfully deployed.

    -------

That elset matches what I had from Alan's satbase.tle:
    DASH 3.0 1.5 0.0 6.0 d 4 3
    1 27367U 02003A 02267.62164142 .00001713 00000-0 26992-2 0 1492
    2 27367 28.4326 127.6993 7241166 312.5247 5.8119 2.27420162 5285

so only the name (and dimensions) is in error.
