Two PPAS plus GSTAR 1 and Raduga 33

I saw GSTAR 1 (85-035A, 15677) from 2:24:22.5 to 
2:40:34.3 with an obvious phase shift at about 2:33:10.

Much later I went back out and saw Raduga 33 (96-010A,
23794) with 10x50s from 6:23:25 to 6:31:35 UTC.  If it 
did any very bright flashes, I missed them.

Observed from Ney Museum, 30.307N, 97.727W, 150m.
