I have observed flashes from Cosmos 2217 with
the Mintron 12V1C-EX and lens 12 mm f/1.4
each frame integrated for 0.32 seconds, gain about 9 dB.

The flashes were visible from 2003 Sep 20 20:27:28.9 to 20:34:24.4 UTC.
