Thanks to the observations by Ed Cannon and Rainer Kracht,
I have added Cosmos 1341 and 2217 to my list of flashing satellites
on my web pages at http://home.iprimus.com.au/aberesford .
The list of TLEs is updated every Monday and Friday, but
just got a new set of TLEs from OIG.
