    Kyodo News has reported the approximate time of the launch:

    "The satellites will be launched by an H-2A rocket at the Tanegashima Space
    Center in Kagoshima Prefecture shortly after 1:30 p.m., the National Space
    Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) said. They will be fully operational in
    April."
    
    That corresponds to 04:30 UTC, about 30 min from now.
