I was just about to send a note mentioning Brian Webb's excellent webpage that I frequent to keep posted on Vandenberg launches when, of course, he posted himself. His main website is at: http://www.spacearchive.info/ It contains links to some excellent resources and would be worth a look anyway. His site has helped many of us view rockets launching out of Vandenberg, even from as far away as Tucson Arizona and Kitt Peak in Arizona from where I've seen a few. Jim.
