28452 CZ-3A R/B bright

    I recently enjoyed 2 bright evening passes by 28452
    CZ-3A R/B. The predicted magnitude was 6.5 using the
    default Skymap standard magnitude of 7.0. In each
    case, it reached about mag 2 shortly before eclipse.
    The 2 passes were at 9/2 3:35 UT and 9/5 3:46 UT.
