     	Yes, that is the plan.  The UARS mission is to be terminated by the 
    end of this year.  There is not enough on-board fuel for a controlled reentry 
    so they are simply going to lower the orbit as much as they can with the 
    remaining fuel, estimating reentry around the year 2010.
