72003B - Atlas Cen r/B 9/28 and ISS 9/25

Hi folks:

      Atlas Centaur R/B 72003B  left a series of flashes in this 
peak-hold images this morning 9/28. At first I thought the work of a 
passing plane  but the avi re-play looked like a flashing sat. True 
enough -  the object matches both in timing /positions to a known   
flasher - 72003B

  Meanwhile ISS evening pass 9/25 created a 'search-light'  beam on the 
next image.
