The large number of debris from 1999-25 and 1999-57 prompted me to make a Excelroutine that after entering the fragment characters it returns the fragmentnumber. A bias value is entered to deal with the 'normal' pieces of a launch. 1999-25CWT is #2246 (4 regular pieces) 1999-57 QZ is #383 (2 regular pieces, but fragment LY is double) Anyone interested in the small Excel routine please send me an email and I'll mail it to you.
