Between 8:23 to 8:33 UTC ( Sept 25 ) I was able to detect flashing from SYMPHONIE 2 ( 08132 ) So flashes observed between 5 h 29 m R.A +9 deg 16 min Dec to 5 h 40 m R.A +9 deg 16 min Dec It gave a few double flashes. http://www.kfetter.com/satvideo/flashing-geosat/08132.wmv In the above video, the double flashes occured at 8:29:02 and 8:29:14 UTC. I also observed SYMPHONIE 2, flash for a few minutes around 7:11 UTC. Signal flashes from it then. The time between flashes, was much longer, then what occured during 8:23 to 8:33 UTC.
